Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse staff during offshift hours, ensuring effective team performance and productivity.
Coordinate and manage daily operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
Train and mentor new employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve issues and enhance operations.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
