Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and shipping.
• Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain stock availability.
• Analyze operational performance metrics and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
• Prepare and manage the warehouse budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or operations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using SAP software a plus.
