Join the Johnson Controls Horsham team as a Warehouse Operations & Inventory Coordinator and become the critical link between our warehouse, field technicians, and customers. In this hands-on role, you'll manage inventory, coordinate logistics, support service operations, and help drive the success of a growing team.

We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career. This is more than a traditional warehouse position. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of daily operations, improve processes, support field teams, and make a visible impact on business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of warehouse organization and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency

  • Coordinate logistics with internal teams and external carriers

  • Prepare shipments, schedule freight pickups, and complete shipping documentation

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials, including resolving damage or discrepancies

  • Pick, stage, and issue parts and inventory to support field teams

  • Maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, and track returns (RMAs)

  • Communicate daily with field technicians and internal teams regarding inventory availability, shipments, and material status

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills

  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Experience with inventory systems and shipping documentation

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)

  • Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move materials safely

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, military supply, inventory control, automotive parts, construction materials, or related experience preferred.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23.00-33.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
