Summary/Objective:

The Warehouse – Top Off position will be responsible for ensuring that all orders are accurately topped off using the Vertique system. The position requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a solid understanding of warehouse products.

Warehouse – Top Off Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process and top off orders based on customer demand using the Vertique system.
• Use the Vertique system to ensure that all products are picked, packed, and topped off correctly, following the system’s guidelines for accuracy.
• Perform quality checks on all items being topped off to ensure that all products meet company standards for quality and compliance.
• Ensure all necessary documentation are accurately placed onto pallets at the top off area.
• Report any issues with the Vertique system or product discrepancies to the Shipping Supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including proper lifting techniques, warehouse safety procedures, and wearing required PPE.
• Keep the top off are clean, organized, and free from hazards to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools.

Qualifications

Warehouse – Top Off Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Three years experience in warehouse operations
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting automated warehouse systems, particularly the Vertique system.
• Strong familiarity with order fulfillment processes and warehouse operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to quickly identify and address issues related to system performance, workflow, and quality control.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and external partners.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, typically up to 50 pounds.
• Capability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Comfort working in varying warehouse conditions (e.g., temperature variations, noise).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
