a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to support operations on a specialized production line. This position involves operating large manufacturing machinery, assisting with general warehouse activities, and supporting production across departments including kitting, fulfillment, and product refurbishment.The ideal candidate will have experience working around industrial or manufacturing equipment, goodcommunication skills, and the flexibility to pivot between tasks depending on production needs. Responsibilities:• Assist in the operation of proprietary manufacturing equipment in a 6-person team setting• Monitor machine operations, perform basic adjustments, and communicate status with teamleads• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to safety protocols• Perform quality checks and document production activity as required• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas• Support additional areas including:• Kitting – preparing materials for production• Fulfillment – picking, packing, and shipping customer orders• Service & Repair – assisting with basic repair and testing of air purification unitsQualifications:• Prior experience operating large-scale or industrial machinery preferred• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods• Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions• Team player with good communication and time management skills• Willingness to be flexible and assist across departments as needed Work Environment:This role involves exposure to warm temperatures, particularly during machine operation near heat-intensiveequipment.
