JOB SUMMARY
The Warehouse Manager/Maintenance Planner is responsible for leading the daily operations of Jennchem LLC’s warehouse and maintenance facility while also planning and coordinating equipment maintenance activities. This role ensures efficient inventory management, accurate order fulfillment, and timely shipping of strata-control support products for the mining and tunneling industries. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to collaborate across departments to support operational excellence.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative, maintenance, warehouse, or operations support experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiarity with Ross ERP systems, colloidal mixing systems, and progressive cavity pumping systems is a plus.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, collect data, and implement solutions that improve warehouse and maintenance performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating logistics, inventory, and equipment scheduling across teams.
- Working knowledge of Jennchem LLC products and services for the mining and tunneling industries preferred.
- Proven leadership with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate personnel while fostering a team-oriented culture focused on safety and quality.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software to support warehouse operations, inventory tracking, maintenance scheduling, and reporting.
- Dependability with consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to sit for extended periods, perform manual tasks requiring dexterity, and lift light to medium loads (5–20 lbs) as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all daily warehouse operations, including material flow, shipping, and logistics.
- Maintain accurate inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and stock items; provide timely reporting.
- On call coordinating with field personnel for project needs.
- Coordinate and track equipment rebuilds, preventative maintenance, and repair activities.
- Support mobilization of new jobs by organizing warehouse resources and logistics.
- Supervise, schedule, and track timekeeping for warehouse personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
