We’re working with an established manufacturer to identify an experienced and technology savvy Warehouse Manager to join their management team. Located about 15 miles west of the city of Butler, this manufacturer is situated midway between Butler and New Castle.

With over 50 years as a leading manufacturer in the local community, this company is now part of a global organization and currently in final steps of a transformation journey to become fully integrated into their larger global structure. This direct hire opportunity offers a daylight Monday – Friday schedule, full benefits package for you and your family, and competitive compensation in the range of $80K - $100K (commensurate with experience). Annual performance reviews / increases can be expected, along with discretionary annual bonus.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director of Operations, this Warehouse Manager position will have a team of warehouse associates reporting to them. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a voice and be a guiding change agent. We’re looking for someone who has a positive attitude and gets excited about change and opportunities for improvement (there’s a lot of opportunities to transform this warehouse!). In addition to being comfortable with change management, we’re looking for a highly data driven mindset, a person who thinks in terms of root cause analysis and continuous improvement, and someone who is tech savvy and values the utilization of systems and data to drive decisions and improvement.

This highly visible position within the organization comes with advancement potential. While advancement may look different depending on the person, their performance and overall interests, the logical next step for this role is to expand into a multi-site warehouse director opportunity.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of warehouse management experience including strong understanding of OSHA, safety standards, and environmental compliance.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP WMS preferred).
• Strong background in leading varied teams and championing change initiatives across technology-driven settings.
• Familiarity with IoT devices, RFID tracking, and predictive analytics tools.
• Multi-Site warehouse experience preferred.
• Pre-employment requirements include a background check and drug screen.
