Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety standards.
• Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to improve productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and analyze reports on warehouse performance metrics.
• Address and resolve any operational issues that may arise in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
