If in Brandon, FL- this position is 100% onsite in Brandon, FL. We will be relocating to our new facility in Lakeland, FL within the next few months and you will be required to work 100% onsite in Lakeland at that time.

**Pay Range:Summary: **Ashley Furniture is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Management System (WMS) Specialist to optimize our warehouse operations through technology solutions. The ideal candidate will configure, maintain, and support our WMS platform to ensure efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and seamless warehouse workflows. This role bridges the gap between technology and operations, driving continuous improvement through system optimization and user enablement.

Work Environment:

This position is located in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise levels, temperature variations, and material handling equipment in operation. The role may require extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and steel-toed boots. The fast-paced environment involves time-sensitive and safety sensitive operations and may include various shift schedules to support production and distribution needs.
