**Job Title: **Industrial / WarehouseMaintenance Mechanic

**Location: **McAllen, TX

**Pay: **$18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced **Warehouse Maintenance Mechanic **to join a busy milling and manufacturing facility in Edinburg, TX. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on production machinery and plant equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and equipment-related issues
• Repair, replace, adjust, and calibrate machine components
• Perform motor alignments and mechanical equipment installations
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, mechanical drawings, and maintenance documentation
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, repair records, and preventive maintenance documentation
• Support safety, quality, and sanitation standards within the facility
• Follow all OSHA, company safety, and preventive maintenance procedures

Qualifications

• Previous **recent experience **as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Technician or Industrial Mechanic
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Experience working with industrial machinery and mechanical equipment
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, and schematics
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring equipment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team
