Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily warehouse and fulfillment activities, including shipping, receiving,
inventory control, returns processing, and order fulfillment.
• Serve as the onsite point of contact for warehouse and fulfillment operations when
the Supervisor or Manager is unavailable.
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve non-routine warehouse, fulfillment,
inventory, shipping, and receiving issues, escalating matters to management as
appropriate.
• Support daily workflow by answering operational questions, providing guidance to
team members, and helping resolve issues that may impact productivity, quality, or
service.
• Assist the Supervisor or Manager with coordinating and prioritizing work when
needed.
• Train and support warehouse personnel on established procedures, systems, safety
requirements, and best practices.
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory management, order
fulfillment, reporting, and transaction processing.
• Perform computer-based warehouse functions including inventory inquiries,
shipment processing, order management, and data validation.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and lead cycle count activities, including researching,
investigating, and resolving discrepancies.
• Create shipping documentation, labels, and carrier paperwork.
• Collaborate with Customer Support, Manufacturing, Planning, and Logistics teams
to resolve operational issues and support business needs.
• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, accurate stock labeling, and efficient
material flow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working in any warehouse or fulfillment area assigned
based on business needs.
• Work overtime, extended shifts, and weekends as requested.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Previous lead, senior associate, acting lead, or similar experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), shipping systems,
inventory systems, and RF scanners or similar warehouse technology.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Experience researching and resolving inventory discrepancies and other non-routine
warehouse issues.
• Forklift certification or ability to become certified, stand-up experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making
skills.
• Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and escalate issues
appropriately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform warehouse activities.
• English fluency required; Spanish is a plus
