Job Description

Position: Warehouse Lead

Pay: $20/hr.

Shift: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Location: Tinley Park, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Lead to start at $20/hr. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring safety and efficiency
• Coordinate with staff, drivers, and front office for inventory management and deliveries
• Manage order picking, staging, and shipping processes
• Handle truck routing, driver management, and vehicle maintenance oversight
• Perform cycle counts and routine facility and equipment maintenance

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma; College degree is a plus
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to motivate and resolve conflicts effectively
• Time management and organizational skills
• Physical strength and stamina to lift and manipulate heavy objects

Skills

• Warehouse management and logistics experience
• Experience with inventory software and ERP systems
• Operating warehouse equipment (forklift, cherry picker, dock plates)
• Vendor and delivery appointment coordination
• Familiarity with facility and equipment maintenance
