• Develop and implement incentive-based rates for production to enhance team performance.
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
• Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of warehouse activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Forklift licensed with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Experience in building incentive-based rates for production.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in inventory management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
