Conduct time studies, develop engineered labor standards, and implement labor management systems (LMS) to enhance productivity.
Support the integration and maintenance of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), automation technologies, and material handling equipment.
Lead the startup, commissioning, and continuous improvement of warehouse automation initiatives, including robotic systems, automated storage/retrieval systems (AS/RS), conveyors, sortation equipment, and goods-to-person technologies.
Perform data analysis on operational metrics (e.g., throughput, inventory levels, order fulfillment) to recommend cost-saving initiatives and process enhancements.
Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and management teams to implement Lean, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies.
Develop business cases for new equipment, automation, or layout changes, including cost-benefit analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, ergonomics, and regulatory requirements in all designs and implementations.
Lead or support projects for warehouse expansions, relocations, or new technology integrations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on project outcomes and operational improvements.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred), and continuous improvement techniques.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex data sets.
Excellent communication and project management skills; ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to stakeholders.
Familiarity with WMS/LMS systems, automation (e.g., conveyors, ASRS), and material handling equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including occasional physical presence on the floor.
Preferred Skills
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Project Management (PMP).
Experience with ERP systems or supply chain software.
Hands-on experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., robotics, AGVs, AMRs, or sortation systems).
Understanding of safety regulations (e.g., OSHA) and ergonomics in warehouse settings.
Our Environment
Travel could be up to 10% of the time. Employee must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations
