Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator | All Shifts

Location: Saint Paul, MN 55105

Pay: $18–$22 per hour, depending on assignment, experience and shift

Schedule: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts

Job Type: Temporary / Temp-to-Hire

Interviews are held at our office at 1272 Grand Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55105. Worksite locations and available shifts vary by assignment and will be discussed during screening.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials.
• Receive shipments and verify product quantities.
• Move and organize inventory in designated storage areas.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse systems to track materials.
• Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies.
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks when trained and authorized.
• Maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving or material handling experience is helpful.
• Prior forklift experience is required for forklift assignments; requirements vary by equipment and worksite.
• General warehouse opportunities may be available for candidates without forklift experience.
• Basic counting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to perform the assignment’s physical duties, with or without reasonable accommodation. Specific requirements will be discussed during screening.

Available Shifts

• 1st shift: Daytime
• 2nd shift: Afternoon/evening
• 3rd shift: Overnight
