Job Description

Position Overview:

Seeking a dependable Warehouse Forklift Driver / Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for safely operating forklifts, picking customer orders, handling paint and chemical products, and preparing shipments for delivery. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move and store products
• Pick and stage customer orders accurately from warehouse inventory
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product integrity and safety
• Verify order quantities and product types before shipment
• Maintain organized warehouse storage areas and rotate inventory as needed
• Assist with receiving, labeling, and stocking incoming materials
• Handle paint products, coatings, and related materials according to safety procedures
• Support general warehouse duties including cleaning and inventory counts

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operation experience preferred
• Experience with order picking, shipping, and receiving in a warehouse environment
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment:

• Warehouse environment handling industrial paints, coatings, and related materials
• Use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Fast-paced team environment supporting customer orders and deliveries

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Day shift hours (typical warehouse schedule)

You should be proficient in:

• Warehouse Experience
• Forklift Licensed
