Warehouse, Forklift & Delivery Opportunities

$20 to $24/hour DOE | Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities | Multiple Positions

Local businesses across the Flathead Valley are hiring for Forklift Operator, Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Warehouse Delivery Driver, Delivery Driver, Yard Associate, Hardware Sales Associate, Retail Sales Associate, and Customer Service positions. Opportunities range from customer-facing retail and hardware sales to warehouse, yard, material handling, forklift, and delivery work.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers with product selection, purchases, returns, and project needs

Load, unload, pull, stage, and deliver materials and customer orders

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, trucks, and trailers safely

Receive, stock, organize, and maintain inventory in warehouses, yards, and retail areas

Prepare orders for customer pickups, deliveries, and returns

Provide friendly, professional customer service and identify product solutions

Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas

Complete transactions, restock merchandise, and support general store operations

Report equipment issues, safety concerns, and operational needs

Follow all company safety procedures and complete additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

Experience in retail, hardware, warehouse, delivery, material handling, or customer service preferred

Forklift experience or certification preferred for applicable positions

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for delivery positions

Strong customer service and communication skills

Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to safely operate equipment and follow material-handling procedures

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and frequently lift up to 50–100+ pounds

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
