Warehouse Coordinator

Position Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including receiving, production, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. This role ensures that materials and products are accurately handled, stored, and distributed to meet production and customer requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and ensure accurate documentation for picking, packing and staging materials.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through daily transactions and resolution of reported discrepancies.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with logistics partners and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Identify process improvement opportunities within the warehouse workflow.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
