Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, purchasing, and shipping products.

• Oversee inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.

• Coordinate with suppliers and transportation companies to facilitate timely deliveries.

• Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

• Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.

• Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and generate reports.

• Assist in the development and improvement of warehouse processes and procedures.

• Must be attentive and pay extreme attention to detail.

• Familiarity with automation, fabrication, or panel shops environments preferred.

• Independent judgement is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified work load.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or related field preferred.

• Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record.

• 2 plus years proven experience in warehouse management or logistics coordination.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite and preferred experience with QuickBooks.

• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Forklift certified-or ability to obtain.
