Warehouse Control Coordinator

Billerica, MA locationThis position is full-time and is hourly.

Compensation is $30-32/hour.

Responsibilities:

• **Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) experience preferably with Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.

• **Identify and resolve domestic and international order processing and fulfillment issues.

**Monitor daily shipping activities and proactively address incomplete, delayed, or blocked orders.

**Replenish inventory in shipping and picking locations to support operational throughput.

Monitor and adjust replenishment parameters and inventory levels as needed.

• Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for D365 warehouse and fulfillment processes.

• All other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Have at least 4 years of warehouse experience, preferably in the medical device industry.

• **Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience.

• **Experience working in a high-volume shipping and distribution warehouse.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaborate across warehouse operations teams.

• **Experience with inventory management and warehouse process improvement initiatives preferred.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.

• Have experience leading a diverse warehouse staff with experience in training, motivating, and resolving employee relation's issues.

• Possess good written and verbal communication skills.

• Be willing to listen, respond and empower teammates.

• Have the ability to collaboratively work across the Company, effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers and teammates.

• Have the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
