Job Overview:
A local Springfield company is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations by receiving, inspecting, tracking, and distributing incoming and outgoing products. This role is responsible for accurately checking shipments, logging inventory transactions, and ensuring materials are delivered to the appropriate departments. The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse operations while supporting safety, quality, and inventory control processes.
The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks, along with a solid understanding of warehouse procedures, shipping and receiving, and inventory management. This position requires someone who can work independently, stay organized, and contribute to a safe and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the industry
- Commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a clean work environment
- Two or more years of warehouse or related experience preferred
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
