Description

Blevins, Inc. has an immediate opening for a dependable individual to fill a full time Warehouse Associate | Relief Driver position in the Simpsonville, SC warehouse, who is experienced in order picking, packing, loading, and putting away merchandise accurately. The candidate will be cross trained in other areas, but will primarily pull orders, load trucks, and receive product, and at times assist with local or regional deliveries when needed.  

  • Candidates must have a valid Class A commercial driver's license
  • Individual must be detail oriented for accuracy in filling orders. 
  • Blevin’s equipment:  Day cab tractor and 53’ van trailer with electric lift-gate, 28' Box truck and Flat Bed with a Moffet.

Monday-Friday work week


Responsibilities Include:

  • Order picking from manual pick ticket with accuracy and speed
  • Overnight travel might be required 2-3 nights per week with no weekends.
  • Local and regional deliveries
  • Receiving product and putting it away accurately
  • Maintaining orderly paperwork
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Operating material handling equipment safely
  • Meeting company accuracy standards
  • Working in a fast-paced, customer service driven environment
  • Loading heavy materials onto trucks, lift and move up to 100 pounds, and drive a forklift

Requirements

  • Must have clean driving record
  • Experience local and regional deliveries
  • CDL Class A License 
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds
  • Forklift Experience a plus
  • High School or Equivalent Education
