Stellar is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Lawrence, Pennsylvania. Successful candidates will have a can-do attitude, safety focus, able to work independently and on a team, and lots of energy. This is a busy distribution center where we focus on efficiency and accuracy, and safety in the warehouse,
Summary of Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Accurately and efficiently pick, pack, and process customer orders and transfers:
- Understand basic ERP system (Prophet 21/P21) Order Entry functions.
- Use the ERP system and Wireless Warehouse Management System (WWMS) to accurately pick customer orders and transfers.
- Pack orders and transfers properly for shipping, with appropriate paperwork and labeling.
- Accurately prepare and ship orders using ERP system and UPS and other carriers, recording shipments and shipping using instructions from order.
- Perform all above tasks while meeting the company standards of safety and security.
- Accurately receive, put away and cycle count inventory:
- Understand basic Purchase Order (PO) Entry function.
- Accurately record receipt of PO and transfer items in a timely fashion on the same day it arrives.
- Process any problem shipments in a timely and quick manner in appropriate, assigned warehouse locations.
- Perform accurate and timely cycle counts based on branch commitment to 100% 2x annually.
- Operate as a backup to the Site Support position
- Handle the warehouse and inventory functions on-site for customers.
- Learn and understand how to use the Solution systems (CribMaster and/or Supply Pro) and Handheld Bin Management System (HHBM)
- Stock and maintain inventory levels on-site per customer contract.
- Deliver product to customer site utilizing a Stellar vehicle.

Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
- Must be able to make local deliveries.
- Proficient with MS Office.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Must be able to operate a handheld scanner.
- Comfortable with learning new technologies.
- Experience working with ERP system P21 is highly desired.
- Requires standing, stooping, reaching, walking, and sitting for continuous periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs on a consistent basis, and up to 75lbs on occasion.
- Must be able to perform repetitive work with your hands and arms.
- Basic understanding of 5S strategies and ISO highly desired.
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent.

- 1 to 3 years of warehouse related experience.
Physical Demands
- Moderate to considerable physical effort that includes working from ladders in awkward positions. Frequent use of light or medium weight objects (e.g., 25-50 lbs) and use of medium weight tools.
Hazards
- Marginal to moderate hazards that are typically predictable or well protected against
