Schulte Staffing Solutions is hiring reliable Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators for several busy and well-known clients throughout the North Shore. If you enjoy staying active, working with a great team, and want a long-term role with real growth potential, this one’s for you!Shifts & Pay:Day Shift: Monday–Friday | Start times between 6:00 AM–10:00 AMNight Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 PM–3:00 AMPay: $19.00–$24.00/hr depending on shift and experienceWhat you’ll be doing:Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and/or cherry pickers (training provided for the right candidate)Picking, labeling, and staging customer ordersBuilding and shrink-wrapping pallets for shipmentReceiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materialsPreparing outgoing shipments using RF scanners or basic warehouse softwareMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaAssisting with inventory control and general warehouse duties as neededWhat we’re looking for:1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or material handling experienceForklift or pallet jack experience (cherry picker a plus!)Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. consistentlyStrong attention to detail and a dependable work ethicComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer or scanner knowledgeAbility to pass a background checkBilingual English/Spanish is a plusA friendly team player with a great attitudeReady to jump in?
