Warehouse Worker

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, start time between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM

Overtime: Potential Sunday overtime available with employee and manager approval

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to support daily warehouse and distribution operations. This position involves palletizing, labeling, reboxing, loading and unloading trucks, and safely moving materials throughout the facility using an electric pallet jack and forklift.

The warehouse may include cooler and freezer areas, with freezer suits and gloves provided for employees working in the freezer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Sort, pack, and palletize products and materials.
• Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently.
• Operate an electric pallet jack and forklift to move pallets and materials.
• Relabel cases and pallets according to operational requirements.
• Restack cases and pallets to maintain product integrity and organization.
• Rebox and prepare products for shipment.
• Dispose of pallets and other materials as needed.
• Assist with general warehouse and manual labor tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of warehouse, distribution, material handling, or general labor experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines.
• Strong attention to safety and quality.
• Ability to work effectively under supervision.
• Forklift or electric pallet jack experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 60 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a cold-storage environment of approximately 35°F.
• Ability to work in cooler/freezer areas when required.

• Steel-toe shoes or boots

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.
• Temperatures may be approximately 35°F and may include freezer areas.
• Employees working in the freezer will be provided with appropriate freezer suits and gloves.
• Position requires frequent physical activity, material handling, and movement throughout the facility.
