Position Responsibilities:

• Duties include scanning, labeling assembly, picking/packing orders; palletize product, replenishment, loading, and quality auditing.
• Ensure orders are shipped with quality and accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including quality control standards and safety guidelines.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices in reverse logistics.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills Required

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience:

• Previous experience in a logistics environment in positions like receiver, shipping clerk, order puller, or materials stager is preferred
• Desirable experience using equipment like wrapping machine, sit down forklift, stand up forklift, walkie rider, pallet truck, ELF pallet truck, reach truck, cherry picker
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling
• Basic computer skills to scan product and enter data to track quality issues.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds in a regular basis
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and lift
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work in a partially climate-controlled warehouse environment
• Understand and follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Don and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
