In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Pick, pack, and ship products accurately and efficiently
- Kit materials into boxes, cases, and appropriate packaging
- Handle, move, and correctly identify materials throughout the warehouse
- Perform daily follow‑up on warehouse functions, including housekeeping and organization
- Cross‑train and support other departments as needed
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor

For This Role, You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- Basic math skills, including counting and simple calculations
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions
- Ability to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity expectations
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds (tools and equipment are available for heavier items)
- Ability to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day

- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with material handling processes or inventory systems
