Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support shipping and receiving operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are handled accurately, safely, and efficiently within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy against shipping documentation
• Inspect materials for damage, quality issues, or discrepancies
• Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records
• Coordinate with production and quality teams as needed
• Report issues related to materials, shipments, or inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred)
• Familiarity with shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, labels)
• Experience with inventory systems or ERP software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to inspect incoming and outgoing materials for discrepancies or damage
• Basic computer and scanning skills (RF scanners, barcode systems)
• Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practice
