Warehouse / Production Associate

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Production Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations. This role may include material handling, assembly, packaging, order preparation, quality inspection, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned
• Assemble, package, label, and inspect products according to work instructions
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
• Count, sort, and organize inventory and production materials
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed
• Complete production and shipping paperwork accurately
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Meet daily production and attendance expectations
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Good hand dexterity and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and follow safety and quality requirements

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: 1st Shift
• Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Pay: $18.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday – Friday
