In partnership with an industry leader in the Olive Branch, MS area, we are looking for dedicated Warehouse / Material Handlers to join our team!

• Pay Rate: $16-20 per hour (dependent on level and shift)
• Shift: 7a-3:45p or 8a-4:45p Mon-Fri

** What You’ll Do**

** Product Handling & Operations**

• Perform picking, packing, and shipping tasks using RF scan guns
• Receive, sort, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations

- Maintain strong accuracy and efficiency in all material handling activities

** Quality Control & Accuracy**

• Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or quality issues
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipment preparation
• Report inventory and quality issues promptly

** Equipment Operation & Maintenance**

• Operate warehouse equipment including:- RF scan guns

  • Electric pallet jacks (certification required)
  • Forklift (certification required)
  • Reach Truck (certification required)

• Perform pre- and post-use equipment inspections

• Conduct basic equipment checks (battery levels, safety features)

** Safety & Compliance**

• Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues

** Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement**

• Identify and resolve routine warehouse challenges
• Suggest improvements for efficiency and workflow optimization
• Support cross-functional activities and special projects

** What You’ll Need**

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

• 1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experience

• Experience with:- RF scan guns

  • Pick/pack/ship operations
  • Electric pallet jack operation - Forklift and reach truck experience/certification preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Basic math and computer/data entry skills

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

** Physical Requirements**

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Active, fast-paced work environment
