We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at our facility located in O’Fallon, MO, 63366. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to packaging, forklift operation, and manufacturing. If you have previous packaging experience, a forklift license, and experience in a manufacturing environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Package products efficiently and accurately according to company standards
• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move and organize materials within the warehouse
• Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
• Maintain inventory accuracy by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Prior experience in packaging within a warehouse or manufacturing setting
• Valid forklift license and demonstrated proficiency in forklift operation
• Knowledge of safety procedures and ability to adhere to them at all times
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in packaging and inventory management
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy objects
