Job Description

Duration: 3 months contract (Possibly convert into full-time)

Shift timings: (Monday – Friday)8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Shift schedules could include weekends. Hours subject to business needs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for ensuring product availability, scheduling deliveries, and maintaining records shipment and deliveries to provide the customer with professional logistic services.

Essential Functions:

• Operate a forklift in a safe and orderly manner.

• Receive and store incoming items according to established system Maintain a safe and orderly storage arrangement for all items handled.

• Maintain cleanliness in assigned areas

• Handles reloading and loading of trucks

• Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test or currently poses Forklift Driving Certificate

• Work with quality control receiving inspector, Stock/Inventory. Picking orders for staging

• Assisting with other warehouse duties as need be.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Traits:

• Knowledge of FIFO, Cycle Count, Basic math skills, and ability to read a spreadsheet

• Customer service environment, Ability to work in a team environment

• Flexibility and good communication skills.

• Standing-Entire shift, Lifting to 75 lbs. regularly

• Working in hot/cold temperatures-Occasionally

• Noise typical of a production environment

• Entire shift Required-Steel Toed Shoes.

• Due to onsite safety all candidates must fluent and able to read and write in either English or Spanish.
