High Bay Operator-Warehouse Associate (must have forklift/cherry picker experience)

Location: Groveport, OH 43125

Pay Rate: $19.00/hour

Schedule Options:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates to join our team in Groveport, OH. This position is responsible for receiving, organizing, and moving inventory throughout the warehouse while maintaining accuracy, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating warehouse equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments from vendors and accurately put away inventory.
• Move products to designated warehouse locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and stock pickers.
• Use inventory management systems to track product quantities and verify orders.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Pick and stage products for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report any issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or production experience preferred.
• Forklift, reach truck, or stock picker experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull products as required.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
