Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers at our facility located in Collierville, TN, 38017. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. If you enjoy working with your hands, being part of a team, and contributing to meaningful projects, we want to hear from you! This will be a 2nd shift 4:30pm-3pm but will do training from 6am-4:30pm for the first 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with various manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members.
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of tools and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices in a labor environment.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
