Location: Ashland, VA

Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

Pay: $18.00+ per hour, based on experience

We are currently hiring General Warehouse Associates to join a fast-paced distribution and logistics team. This position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to work in a warehouse environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Sort, scan, and label products accurately
• Load and unload trucks and containers
• Perform inventory counts and assist with stock replenishment
• Move materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks and other equipment
• Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
