Job Description

PROJECT Assignment-lasting up to 3 weeks

Day shift schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

Competitive hourly rate at $20/hr

Weekly Pay

Package battery packs according to customer specifications and work instructions.

Inspect battery packs for quality, damage, and proper labeling prior to packaging.

Prepare products for domestic and international shipment.

Apply appropriate labels, documentation, and packaging materials in accordance with shipping requirements.

Verify part numbers, quantities, and packaging configurations.

Maintain accurate production and shipping records.

Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.

Perform routine housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Report quality concerns, damaged materials, or safety issues to supervision.

Support inventory counts and material movement when required.

Work collaboratively with production, quality, and shipping teams to meet daily production goals.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, packaging, or shipping environments preferred.

Experience packaging lithium-ion batteries or other regulated products is a plus.

Ability to read work instructions and follow detailed procedures.

Basic computer and documentation skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the shift.

Hazardous Materials (HazMat) certification or DOT/IATA hazardous materials shipping training is highly preferred.

Experience handling, packaging, or shipping lithium-ion batteries.
