Description

The Assembler is primarily responsible for sub-assembling smaller parts. This includes reviewing the work order for material availability. 

Essential Job Responsibilities not limited to:

• Locate job and compare with picking sheet
• Review picking sheet for special instructions
• Review drawings for part assembly
• Gather materials to assemble parts
• Assemble parts
• Inspect parts for final assembly
• Sign off on production and picking sheet

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in assembly and reading shop drawings/prints.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Basic math and measuring skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Lift, carry, push, and move up to 40 lbs; walk/stand across production areas.
• Typical production environment: willing to work additional hours as needed.
