Your Mission:
The Warehouse Admin is responsible for
getting the right product to the right customer on time and damage free by managing
the daily flow of the orders throughout the warehouse. The primary product lines you’ll oversee
include our sturdy medical devices, ranging from canes to wheelchairs, in-home
hospital bends and everything in between. These products are critical to the
lives of our customers and you’ll be a part of leading this team in driving
best-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, Service, and of course, our People.
Main
Activities
· Motivating, organizing and encouraging
teamwork within the workforce to ensure management’s set goals are met.
· Assist in developing processes within
the shipping dept and monitoring the departments performance and progress.
· Responsible for releasing the orders
through the VL10G and VLO6P screens and the printing of TO’s.
· Communicating with the Supply change
help desk daily to insure must ship or problem orders are taken care of in a
timely manner.
· Monitoring regular reports (examples
included but not limited to VLO6O and LT23).
· Working with the shipping supervisor
insuring all orders are shipped in a timely manner.
· Check for proper safety measures while
working.
· Develop an attitude of support and foster
an environment of continuous improvement.
· Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe
work area.
· Other duties may be assigned.

to manage multiple tasks.
Your Education and Experience:
Required:
· H. S. Diploma or equivalent
· Read and speak English
· Basic math skills
· Proficient in MS Office Suite, notably Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
· Analytic and proficient with numbers
· Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Preferred but not Required:
· SAP or Warehouse Management System experience
· UPS/FedEx processing/billing type of experience
