## Responsibilities
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload shipments, ensuring accuracy and proper handling of goods.
Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, ensuring optimal storage solutions.
Perform regular equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Assist in other warehouse duties as needed, including packing and shipping.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Valid forklift operator certification.
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
