• Engineered Products Group: TransTech Fabrication, Metalforms, Metalforms Heat Transfer, Bendel, and Cryogenic Technology Resources (CTR) provide custom-engineered pressure vessels, heat exchangers, ASME tanks, cryogenic gas process equipment, and modular systems for oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, renewables, air separation, and industrial gases.

TransTech Group seeks a proven executive to lead the strategy, growth, and performance of our field and industrial services businesses across North America. The EVP – Services Group will oversee all operations including installation, maintenance, construction, I&E services, retrofit, turnaround, and emergency response. This leader will scale our national service platform, drive operational excellence, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
• 15+ years in senior roles within field services, industrial construction, or maintenance.
• Proven P&L leadership of a $100M+ business with distributed teams.
• Deep expertise in safety, field operations, project execution, and technical delivery.
• Experience with ASME-regulated environments and lifecycle equipment services preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• Strategic and hands-on leadership style.
• Collaborative, transparent, and results-focused.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• High integrity and a commitment to customer success.
