Job Description

We are seeking a dependable Kennel Assistant / Veterinary Assistant to support daily operations in multiple veterinary clinics. This role involves caring for animals, maintaining a clean environment, and assisting staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed, water, and monitor animals
• Clean kennels, cages, and clinic areas
• Assist with handling and restraining animals during exams or treatments
• Support veterinary staff with basic tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Qualifications:

• Comfortable working with animals of all sizes and temperaments
• Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous animal care or clinic experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment:

• Veterinary clinic/kennel setting
• Exposure to animals, cleaning chemicals, and noise
• Must be comfortable around animals and able to manage occasional stress
