What you’ll be doing

• - Supporting engineers in the development and application of vehicle electronic components.
  • Preparation and or maintenance of technical documentation according to engineering instructions.
  • Support electronic part packaging in the vehicle using CATIA V5 CAD, in both the 3D and 2D environments.
  • Updating wiring specifications, parts list based on detailed instructions from responsible engineers.
  • Preparation of part orders for build events or evaluation activities.
  • Support engineers and technicians with re-flashing ECUs and other vehicle update activities.
  • Drawing comparison report creation and submission for engineer review.
  • Support the maintenance and audit of open issues lists according to engineering instructions.

What you bring

• - - Proficiency in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, CATIA V5 (both 3D and 2D environments). - Excellent problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills - Interest and willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of tasks. - Willingness to work onsite at our Saline Michigan office 5 days/week. - Must be able to work up to 30% overtime

What you may bring

• - - Experience in vehicle specific mechanical design/development. - Experience with wiring or other electrical background.
