Job Overview:
Summary: Supports the maintenance garage/fleet operations team by analyzing maintenance system data and performing data entry in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) or fleet management software. This is an entry-level internship combining administrative data support with process analysis.

Enter, update, and audit work orders, vehicle/equipment records, parts inventory, and preventive maintenance schedules in the fleet maintenance system
Collect and analyze maintenance data (repair frequency, downtime, costs, PM compliance) and prepare summary reports and dashboards
Identify data quality issues, gaps, and process inefficiencies; recommend system or workflow improvements
Assist with tracking fuel usage, mileage, inspection records, and warranty documentation
Support garage staff with recordkeeping, filing, and general administrative tasks
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all operational records
Adheres to and enforces safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations”

Currently enrolled in (or recent graduate of) a program in business, data analytics, information systems, logistics, automotive/fleet management, or a related field
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (and ideally experience with a CMMS, fleet software, or databases)
Knowledge of AI for data comparisons
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and data accuracy
Valid driver's license; ability to work in a garage/shop environment
Working Conditions: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; hazardous materials; risk of electrical shock and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The temperature in the production area is may be impacted by outside weather conditions.
