Job Description

We are looking for detail-oriented Assemblers with 3–5 years of experience to join our production team. If you have a sharp eye for quality and experience with precision tools, we want to hear from you.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $17.50/hr (2 openings)
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | $18.50/hr (4 openings)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM | $19.00/hr (3 openings)

What You’ll Do

• Build hydraulic valves using pneumatic tools, power tools, and torque wrenches.

• Read and interpret work instructions, BOMs, and quality plans.

• Locate components, perform order count checks, and package/label finished goods.

• Operate overhead cranes (with safety checks) and perform routine machine maintenance.

• Use fixed/variable measurement tools to ensure every part meets Quality Policy standards.

What You Need

• 3–5 years in a production/manufacturing environment.

• Proficient with hand-held power tools and technical documentation.

• Ability to handle small parts and operate overhead lifting equipment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
