We are seeking a results-driven and team-focused Parts Sales Supervisor to lead our parts sales operations. In this role, you’ll oversee a dynamic team responsible for processing orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and hitting sales targets. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of the parts sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing

• Collaborate with inventory, production, purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to meet order deadlines and customer expectations

• Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance, sales techniques, and product knowledge

• Maintain quality and service standards in all customer interactions and fulfillment activities

• Analyze workflows and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Monitor team performance, attendance, and conduct; administer company policies as needed

• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment with open communication across departments

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

✅ Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales support or parts sales, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong understanding of customer service practices and sales operations

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work cross-functionally with various departments

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

🔩 Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to move within the workspace efficiently, including accessing tools, systems, and workstations as needed

• Occasional lifting or movement of materials may be required (up to 25 lbs)
