💰 Position Pay Range: $65,545.60- $98,318.40 (salaried position)

Position Qualifications

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a lead or supervisory role

✅ Strong understanding of production operations and leadership best practices

✅ Confident communicator with solid organizational and people skills

✅ Hands-on, proactive, and ready to problem-solve on the spot

✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
