Plans, develops, and coordinates in-house technical training programs for field support personnel and customers. Obtains information needed to prepare training programs; prepares instructional materials; develops course content; determines training methodology; and coordinates the development of training aids.
Conducts classroom and hands-on training sessions, develops criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities, and continuously updates lesson plans to meet evolving technical and operational requirements. May work alongside technical subject matter experts to deliver specialized instruction.
