Requirements

• Previous experience in amanufacturing environmentas a technical operator with hands-on experience using hand tools.
• Ability to accuratelyread and use a tape measure.
• Ability tolift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedlythroughout the workday.
• Comfortable operating production equipment and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and cross-train in other production areas.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
