Are you passionate about trucks and enjoy building strong customer relationships? M&K Truck Centers is seeking a friendly, motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Used Truck and Trailer sales operation based in Elk River, MN.
In this role, you’ll sell used trucks and trailers from our Elk River inventory while also having access to inventory across all M&K locations nationwide. You’ll work with customers in all states, leveraging phone, digital tools, and social media to drive sales—no travel required.

What You’ll Do
Sell used trucks and trailers from the Elk River store and companywide inventory
Connect with customers through outbound calls, lead follow‑up, and prospecting
Grow new and existing customer relationships through consistent, personalized service
Assist customers in planning and projecting their commercial truck needs
Promote and sell extended warranties and value‑added solutions
Handle sales transactions, contracts, and customer orders professionally and accurately
Conduct cold calling and follow up on inbound and outbound leads
Support marketing efforts through social media engagement, photos, and videos for website listings
Coordinate reconditioning and readiness needs with internal teams and external vendors
Address customer questions and resolve concerns to ensure a positive buying experience
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Goal‑oriented mindset with a passion for customer service
Ability to manage multiple leads and follow‑ups effectively
Experience with trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, or automotive sales preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
CDL preferred but not required
Comfortable working in an in‑office, phone‑based sales environment
