The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management - Fulfillment & Reverse , Onboarding & Training is responsible for end-to-end ownership of onboarding and capability development programs across both salaried leaders and hourly associates in the Fulfillment and Reverse network. This role defines, builds, and scales structured learning systems that ensure all associates—hourly and salaried—are prepared to execute safely, efficiently, and consistently from day one.
This leader operates as the central owner of workforce capability and readiness, ensuring onboarding and training programs are aligned to operational standards, tools, and evolving business needs. They design scalable, role-based learning experiences that translate standards into practical execution, reduce variability, and accelerate time-to-productivity across Fulfillment and Reverse network.
Additionally, this role establishes mechanisms to measure training effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and continuously improve performance outcomes across the network.
What you'll do...
Own end-to-end onboarding and training strategies across the Fulfillment and Reverse network
Design and scale onboarding programs that drive rapid ramp, execution readiness, and consistent in-role performance
Build role-specific learning journeys aligned to operational standards, safety requirements, and leadership expectations
Partner cross-functionally to ensure training reflects current processes, systems, and business priorities
Translate complex operations and workflows into clear, structured, and actionable training content
Define and deploy scalable training models (on-the-job, digital, instructor-led), supporting diverse learning needs
Establish and track key performance metrics (e.g., time-to-productivity, quality, safety, retention, leadership readiness)
Drive consistency in training execution across sites, reducing variability in onboarding quality and outcomes
Ensure alignment across training content, job aids, better way guides, SOPs, and tools as a single source of truth
Leverage digital platforms and AI-enabled tools to enhance training delivery, personalization, and engagement
Continuously refine training programs based on performance data, audit insights, and field feedback
Deliver executive-ready reporting on training effectiveness, workforce readiness, capability gaps, and performance improvement opportunities
Partner with field leaders to ensure training is practical, relevant, and impactful
What you’ll bring…
Proven track record building and scaling onboarding and training programs in complex operational environments
Deep understanding of Fulfillment and Reverse operations, including workflows, productivity drivers, and safety
Expertise in designing scalable learning solutions that drive measurable outcomes (productivity, quality, safety)
Strong ability to translate complex processes into clear, structured, and repeatable learning experiences
Experience aligning training programs to operational standards, tools, and business priorities
Strong program leadership, managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
Advanced executive communication and storytelling skills, delivering clear, data-driven insights that influence decisions
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority
Experience leveraging digital platforms, and AI-enabled solutions to scale training and improve effectiveness
Strong analytical capability, using data to measure impact, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement
Ability to synthesize complexity into intuitive learning content that drives behavior change and execution
